At first meningioma anterior segments were removed with the help of a bifrontal approach (A). One can see the ICA supraclinoid segments, the right optic and
oculomotor nerves. Then the tumor posterior pole, occupying the clivus upper segments, was resected with the help of a subtemporal, transtentorial approach (B).
One can see a place of confluence of vertebral arteries, the fourth nerve and reconstructed macrospecimen of the tumor.
