A - one can see tumor remains, connected with the saddle diaphragm;
B - the tumor right half. One can see the ICA supraclinoid segment, its short branches, the second nerve, chiasm, the saddle dorsum and pituitary peduncle;
C - the tumor is removed totally. One can see both supraclinoid segment of ICA; optic nerves, ectopied to the sides; chiasm, the pituitary peduncle and saddle dorsum.
