Three-dimensional superficial reconstruction of L3-S1 vertebrae of a patient. A siggital slice. Absolute central stenosis. Degenerative changes and congenital relative central stenosis led to narrowing of L2-L5 intervertebral foramens on the right (1,2) and complete obliteration (3) of L5-S1 foramen.
Osteochodrosis, deforming spondylosis of L3-S1, retrolisthesis of L3. Protrusion of L4-L5 disk (1), ossification of places of attachment of the posterior longitudinal ligament to L5-S1 (2) and L2-L4 (3) bodies. The latter causes compression of the dural sac of more than 1/3 of a saggital size.
