Spiral CT at the level of L5-S1 disks. The radiculomedullary artery is watched only up to the place of its entering the intervertebral foramen (1). Disk prolapse spreads on both intervertebral foramens (2). Osteophyte of the posterior longitudinal ligament, watched on the right (3), aggravates compression of structures, localized in the intervertebral foramen, as well as the artery. The common iliac artery (4).
Saggital reconstruction of L4-L5 disks of the same patient. Sequestered hernia of L4-L5 disk (1) and protrusion of L5-S1 disk (2) with compression of structures of the vertebral canal.
